WSi Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the healthcare team supporting Maricopa County Correctional Health Services in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and pharmacy technicians to deliver high-quality patient care while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule.
Monday-Friday schedule | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Full-time position

Why Correctional Pharmacy?
This isn't your typical retail pharmacy position. You'll play an active role in patient care by collaborating directly with healthcare providers, managing complex medication therapies, and helping improve outcomes for an underserved population. This role offers the opportunity to expand your clinical skills while working in a structured, team-oriented healthcare environment.
Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians during medication preparation and dispensing
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations, including controlled substance requirements
Document clinical interventions and medication therapy management within the electronic health record
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary patient care planning
