As a Prep Cook, you'll be an essential part of our culinary team. You'll handle foundational tasks that make exceptional service possible - prepping ingredients, supporting station setup, and helping maintain kitchen excellence.
Prepare ingredients and cook food to specifications under Chef direction
Support opening, running, and closing kitchen duties
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with training new kitchen Team Members
Basic kitchen or prep experience preferred
Familiarity with knife skills, cutting techniques, and food handling
Work with passionate professionals in one of Nashville's top hospitality teams
