RN Hospital-ICU Nights

Seeking a skilled and adaptable ICU Float Pool RN to provide comprehensive patient care across various intensive and intermediate care units. The role involves floating to multiple specialized units, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with hospital policies.

Assess patient conditions continuously and implement appropriate care plans.

• Float seamlessly between ICU and intermediate units, delivering specialized nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses to therapies.
• Adhere strictly to hospital policies, including float and mileage policies.
• Document clinical activities accurately in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with certification and licensing standards.

Valid RN license, with pending licenses accepted, must be in hand by the designated start date.

• Minimum of 1-year ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Epic EMR experience essential.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holiday, including major winter holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to float within scope of practice and adhere to hospital policies.
