Full-Time Endodontist
Schedule: Full-Time.
The Dental Specialty Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Endodontist to support consistent specialty demand across our practices in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Naples. With our schedule currently booked 10 weeks out, the incoming provider will step into a full schedule immediately, with no ramp-up period required. This opportunity allows you to focus on delivering high-quality endodontic care in a patient-centered, professionally run environment supported by strong referral relationships and experienced teams.

Our practices are designed to support clinical excellence while providing the operational infrastructure needed for providers to focus on patient care and outcomes.
Earning Potential: $2,500$5,000 per day with a transparent compensation structure
- Signing Bonus: $20k

Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the state of practice
