• Number of Staff: 54

- Day Shift Team Composition:

- 1 CNC

• 7 RNs
• 10 CSTs
• 3-4 FAs
• 4 PCTs
• 2 Anesthesia Techs
• 1 Supervisor
• 1 Director
• Night Shift: On Call only
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Type of Equipment: Multi specialty EMR Meditech converting to Expanse

- Typical Hiring Profile:
- Most Recruited Skills:
- Must have:
- RN with minimum 2 years experience in Orthopedics, General, Urology, GYN
- Preferred or Nice to Have:

• ENT and Vascular (non Cardiac)
• Pediatric

- Typical Procedures Performed:

• Open/Laparoscopic/Robotic general cases (e.g., appendectomies, cholecystectomies, bariatric)
• Robotic orthopedic procedures (Total knees/hips, trauma orthopedic)
• Laparoscopic/robotic hysterectomies, tubal ligations, emergent interventions

- Best Personality Fit:

• Team player willing to jump in and keep the day moving
• Someone with initiative and drive

- Required Certifications:

• BSN preferred
• Floating Area(s): None
• Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Cobalt Blue
• Weekends and On Call: On call required, including weekly and 1 weekend a month
