Full-time Line Cook - Weekends

Full Time, 40 hours weekly

• Every other weekend & every other holiday
• $documents adjustments on production sheets.

Prepares pan garnishes for “front of the house” operations.

reviews all food items on steam tables with Supervisor.

Ensures all hot food temperatures are at least 165 degrees for entrees, starches and vegetables. Monitors temperatures throughout the meal service.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 0-1 year of general work experience
• 1-year line cook experience preferred
