We are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in Wisconsin Rapids, WI!

Pay: Base Salary 55k‑90k base + Uncapped Commission • Relocation $$ available and sign on bonus

You will help more people hear better by providing clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience. In addition to exceptional patient care you are responsible for growing your patient population and meeting practice financial goals.
Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships. Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinics financial KPIs.
Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including but not limited conducting hearing tests, coach and educate patients on hearing aid devices.
Ability to operate audiometric equipment and to interpret the results.
Amplify Leadership Program: Get one‑on‑one guidance and real‑world exposure to grow and excel as a Leader.
Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD
