Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and assisting with mobility

Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and pharmacy visits

Assist with active and passive mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan, and document any observed changes for the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Valid CPR certification (in-person class required)

Negative TB test within the last 12 months

At least 1-2 years of caregiver or CNA experience

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance

Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality

Eligible for AHCA Level 2 background check

Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background check

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English

Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, reach, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
