We are looking for Retail Associates to join the famedDelano Miami Beach.

Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel preserves its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach acts as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality.

Job Description Under the general guidance of the Retail Manager, the Retail Associate will deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience that reflects the brand’s signature style and service excellence. They will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, intuitive, and memorable while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and product knowledge.

Maintain a strong understanding of all our of products, collections, and brand story telling.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

Ensure the retail space is impeccably presented at all times, in line with brand standards.

Assists with merchandising, restocking, and inventory control

Qualifications Previous experience in retail, luxury hospitality, or a guest-facing role preferred

Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and luxury retail environments

Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English
