Responsibilities Consult with leaders to understand business priorities and work with the HR team to design HR solutions that support objectives.
Coach managers on performance management, employee development, engagement, and retention strategies. Make appropriate recommendations for action that align with policies, practices and culture.
Partner with recruitment and leaders to attract, reward, and develop talent.
Advise on and ensure compliance with employment policies and handle complex employee relations issues.
Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Maintain a positive, productive work environment by responding to questions and concerns, proactively addressing issues and advising management on best practices.
Partner with the HR team in designing and executing activities designed to enrich morale and employee commitment.
Partner with members of leadership and HR on other activities and special projects.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or PHR certification.
5 years of HR management experience.
Strong business acumen and a passion for HR.

ability to manage difficult conversations and interactions, communicating in a direct and respectful manner.
Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and organize time.
Ability to travel as needed.
