Physical Therapist - Therapy - Full-Time

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with older adults and enjoys providing care across post-acute, skilled nursing, and outpatient rehabilitation settings. We are looking for a therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and helping residents achieve their highest level of function, mobility, and independence.

Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program
Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated
Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency

Competitive compensation (Starting pay $49 - $53 per hour)
