High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes is a plus.
3+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
~ Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.

Comfortable working in a labor-intensive production environment.
Monitor production equipment and machinery during operation to ensure efficient performance.
Change and replace product bags as they become full during the production process.
Manually shovel product into bags and prepare materials for shipment or storage.
Box finished products as they move down the production line.
Stack, organize, and palletize packaged products according to company standards.
Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
Follow all company safety procedures, production guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
Assist with additional production, packaging, and warehouse duties as assigned.

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
