This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 12 years or a Master's degree with minimum of 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing or a closely related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreeExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance5 years of prior experience in Supply Chain roles in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated manufacturing environmentThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Experience in the procurement process, including but not limited to price analysis, negotiations, NG policies and procedures, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)Experience in managing suppliers, internal customers, and requestors through the procurement processActive U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearanceDemonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside organizationsExecutive presence and comfort in communications at that levelDemonstrated experience using SAP, Windows software packages, and other electronic databasesExcellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and management experienceCapable of working with minimal direction, independently determines and develops technical objectives of assignments, and presents work upon completion for high level review.Primary Level Salary Range: $114,800.00 - $172,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
