Position Overview: Location: Ardmore, PA 19003. Target Start: August 17, 2026. Target End: Long-Term. Age: 3 years old. Pets: None. Parking: Driveway. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM-5:30 PM.
About the Family: This family seeks a nanny for their preschooler—a sweet, active child who loves playgrounds, the library, and being on the go. The nanny will handle school pickup most days at 3 PM, or at noon when extended day is not in session. The child has a peanut allergy managed with an epi‑pen and follows a daily peanut‑therapy protocol. The family also meets an occupational therapist weekly; the nanny will attend those sessions to reinforce strategies at home. Experience with sensory processing and emotional regulation is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Full child care
Drive child to school, activities, appointments
Light housekeeping (folding laundry, tidying common areas)
Child meal preparation
Prepare for next day’s activities
Help with homework
Compensation
Pay: $25-$27 per hour gross
Paid vacation: 2 weeks
Paid sick/personal: 2 days
Paid holidays (if on a working day): All federal holidays
Qualifications
At least 1 year of full‑time nanny experience
Experience with sensory and emotional regulation
Personal vehicle with clean driving record
Comfortable swimming
CPR and First Aid certified
