Position Highlights

Bread & Butter Dentistry

4-Day Work Week Option Available

36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours

Two-chair model with dedicated assistant support

Strong patient demand and established scheduling

Mentorship and leadership support available

Collaborative, mission-driven team culture

Sign-on up to $15,000 depending on experience and Relocation up to $5,000

Eligible for

up to $50,000 in federal student loan repayment

(2-year commitment)

Practice Environment

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting

Modern clinic with 11 operatories

Digital radiography and panoramic imaging

Integrated electronic dental software

Diverse patient population with strong community need

Mix of scheduled care and same-day urgent visits

Team & Support Structure

Full dental assistant support (two assistants per provider model)

Dedicated hygiene team

On-site dental leadership

Experienced practice management

Established HR and credentialing support

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
