Fundamental Job Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions

Bake the majority of a cafe's fresh bread and pastries.
Ensure all Panera products are prepared according to Panera's standards.
Meet the highest standards and consistency in food preparation, sanitation, and safety.
Team player; accept responsibility for all tasks delegated by Management.
Primarily work alone with minimal supervision.
Perform operational activities such as stocking, prep, and sanitation.
Work as a team with Management and fellow Team Members.
Incorporate the concept essence and cultural values into daily operation of the bakery-cafe.
Show respect for the equipment and facility by adhering to cleaning and proper operation.
Physical Demands of the Essential Functions

Ability to stand up for ten hours at a time.
Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
Ability to move at a fast pace.
Working Conditions While Performing the Essential Functions

Evening/Late Night Shift
Fast paced, multi-tasked environment.
Qualifications Preferred

Experience working in food preparation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desire to learn and develop.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Enthusiasm, energy and positive attitude.
Self-starter, able to work independently.
