Answering and routing phone calls.
Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes.
Filing documents (physical and digital) in the correct systems.
Creating, editing, and proofreading documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Scanning, copying, printing, and organizing paperwork.
Coordinating small events, trainings, or team activities.
