Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 5x8.The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that promote effective returns to community activities. The therapist will demonstrate behaviors consistent with the organization’s mission and core values, ensuring compliance with the organizational code of conduct and maintaining professionalism throughout their responsibilities.

Document care provided in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner.

Participate in student programs, providing appropriate supervision and development of learning objectives.

Understand and apply organizational performance improvement methodology.

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
