Collaborative team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help individuals improve the skills they need for everyday life by:

Completing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

Developing individualized treatment plans that promote independence and quality of life

Providing engaging therapy services in clinic, community, and telehealth settings

Monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans as needed

Collaborating closely with physicians, families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members

Conducting home and community assessments when appropriate

Supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), when applicable

Adaptive and durable medical equipment (DME)

Pediatric feeding services in collaboration with Speech Therapy

Community-based therapy services

Telehealth services

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing

Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance

Passion for helping individuals reach their highest level of independence
