Summary

The Client Advisor at the Coral Gables store delivers exceptional, personalized service and acts as an ambassador for the brand. Reporting to the Team Manager, the role focuses on building long‑term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools and providing informed product advice across categories. The Advisor contributes to team performance by achieving individual and store sales objectives.

Requirements

Previous retail experience, preferably within a high‑end or luxury market, or strong background in customer‑centric roles.

Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.

Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele.
