Lead the delivery of compassionate, direct nursing care by following evidence-based protocols to ensure every patient receives safe and exceptional treatment.
Advocate for patient wellness by continuously monitoring conditions and communicating vital updates to the care team, ensuring no detail in their recovery is overlooked.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the central point of contact between physicians and specialists, creating a seamless and unified healing environment.
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
