Phlebotomist (temporary/hourly)

Position Phlebotomist - Old Bridge, NJ
Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Travel to additional sites when required.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Six (6) months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
Preferred Qualifications One (1) year or more of phlebotomy experience.
Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Pay Range $17.75 - $24.00 per hour. All job offers are based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
