Recruiter, Full-time Temporary (Remote)

Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a recruiter to join our growing Madison, WI team. In this role, you'll work as part of our tenured recruiting team to source, evaluate, and onboard talent for placement with local client partners. You'll also collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored recruitment strategies and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

This is a full-time position based in our Madison office. Because recruiting is highly collaborative and relationship-driven, in this role you will work primarily from the office, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per month.
What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions across many industries
Partner with clients to determine talent acquisition objectives, write job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies
Build talent pipelines using a variety of channels e.g., internal databases, job boards, community organizations, social media, networking, and proactive outreach
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding candidate progress, hiring timelines, and market insights
Stay current on local hiring trends, compensation, and workforce conditions
Represent Spherion at hiring events, networking opportunities, and community events
What We're Looking For Prior recruiting and/or business development experience is a plus, but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred; Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Quick to learn and navigate technology and recruiting tools
