HR Manager

Our client, an industry leader in supporting organizational growth and workforce development, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team. As a HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the site expansion efforts. Support workforce growth initiatives and organizational effectiveness during a period of expansion.

Collaborate with operational leaders and training teams to support onboarding, assimilation, and development of new colleagues.

Monitor workforce trends, engagement, retention, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.

Coach and support people leaders in managing employee performance, engagement, and development.

Help drive a positive colleague experience by reinforcing culture and core values throughout the employee lifecycle.

Minimum of 0 years of experience in human resources or related fields.

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent team member.
