Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred License: NC RRT License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required Must-Have Skills/Experience: 2 years preferred, experience in emergency department, critical care preferred Description: Facility has 355 beds and offers a range of services including brain, cancer, heart, lung, orthopedic, general and vascular surgery, surgical weight loss, women's services, and NICU. The department profile includes a comprehensive respiratory therapy service with equipment such as ventilators, BiPAPs, CPAPs, high flow therapy devices, and blood gas analyzers. Supervision is provided by the Assistant Director of Respiratory, Sleep Lab, and Neurodiagnostics. A minimum of an Associate Degree in Respiratory Care is required. The position is a contractor replacement.
