Human Resources Director Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) $160,000-$200,000 Base 10-20% Performance Bonus We're partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking an HR Director to lead all HR and Talent Acquisition functions across the company. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building processes from the ground up, and partnering directly with executive leadership to drive business growth. Responsibilities Strategic HR leadership and business partnership Company-wide recruiting and workforce planning Employee relations, compliance, compensation, and benefits Performance management, succession planning, and employee development Partnership with safety and operations teams on OSHA, workers' compensation, and risk management initiatives Requirements 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience Experience leading both HR and Talent Acquisition functions Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other regulated industry experience Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and compliance Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
