The Warehouse Packer is responsible for preparing our finished solar panels for shipment. This includes stretch-wrapping and strapping panels, moving them around our facility using pallet jacks and other tasks as assigned.
Inspect finished products for visible damage and verify quantities before packaging.
Palletize, wrap, and strap finished goods to meet shipping requirements.
Operate pallet jacks to move materials to designated staging and shipping areas.
Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.
Report damaged, missing, or nonconforming materials to the supervisor.
Clean and prepare workstations and equipment as needed.
Support inventory accuracy through basic verification and handling tasks.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
Team and customer oriented.
High School diploma or equivalent
One or more years of warehouse experience, preferred
Forklift and/or pallet jack experience preferred
Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently and participate in team lifts of approximately 60 pounds as required for essential production tasks.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position or move throughout the production floor for extended periods (for the duration of the shift up to 8+ hours per shift).
Must be able to operate, position, adjust, or move equipment, tools, or materials necessary for production processes.
Capable of performing consistent, manual production tasks over long shifts.
Must be able to work in typical manufacturing environmental conditions, including areas requiring PPE, exposure to noise, and temperature variation.
