Texas Hill Country Territory-Office is in Boerne, TX

Shifts: Flexible, starting in 4-hour increments up to Live-In Shift opportunities, Monday - Sunday (AM & PM shifts available)

Salary: Competitive Pay, starting at $13.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Flexible Schedule (choose shifts that work best for you)

Holiday Pay (10 holiday shift opportunities, paid at 1.5x your hourly rate)

Caregiver Referral Bonuses
Performance Bonuses (categories: Sign-On Bonus ($250 after 90 days, another $250 after 180 days for 20+ hours/week commitment)
Continuous Paid Training

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care for elderly individuals. You will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life by helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment

Provide emotional support and companionship

Document and report changes in client conditions to the supervising team

Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Must be willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Passionate about helping elderly individuals and making a difference in their lives
Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance
