GP Family Medicine

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 6‑day assignment in Kentucky, starting May 18, 2026. This part‑time role involves shifts from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., focusing on comprehensive primary care for patients aged 5 and older, managing general illnesses, performing physicals, and addressing chronic conditions, alongside attending case management meetings and supporting clinic staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide primary care and family practice services to patients aged 5 and older.

Address acute illnesses including flu, cough, cold, and respiratory issues.

Conduct physical examinations for children, men, and women.

Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.

Administer children’s immunizations as needed.

Participate in case management meetings.

Be available to clinic staff for medical case discussions for 1–2 hours daily.
