Greet vendors, contractors, client employee’s, client, and aid as needed.

Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear.

Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors, and/or vendors.

Provide an atmosphere in which all customers, client employees, site visitors, client, and Management know their needs are being met.

Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.

Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards.

Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Willingness to travel 25-30 miles to and from work.
• Understands the nature of customer service and interactions with the public.
• Must have Day and Swing shift availability.
• Must be able to interact with and greet site visitors, contractors, client employees, or client in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Intermediate computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices and client systems, and ability to report alarms via telephone.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist vendors, public, client, Site Supervisors, and Office Management.
• Must be open to communication and feedback from client, Site Supervisor and Office Management.
• Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Must be able to learn and adhere to security operations.
• Must provide high quality customer service in-person, via radio, and over the telephone.
• Must have a personal vehicle, Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record due to required mobile patrol.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus!
