We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Lead Custodian to ensure our Florida offices remain clean, organized, and welcoming on a daily basis. The Lead Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas through routine and deep-cleaning tasks. This role requires someone with prior cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established cleaning standards. Daily Cleaning Tasks:

Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors in office, restrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and computer equipment.
Clean and disinfect kitchen appliances and breakroom surfaces.
Wash coffee maker and ice maker (1x per week).
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience, especially in office/commercial settings.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment best practices.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Hourly Pay: $20/hr.
