Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical lab tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established protocols.
Assess test results for correctness, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare them for analytical processes as required.
Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new team members, and contribute to maintaining high quality standards within the lab.
Ensure a clean, secure workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of employment.
Strong verbal and interpersonal capabilities to foster effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
