This role also serves as a primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring smooth financial operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Principal ResponsibilitiesComplete daily audits of cashiered ticketsDevelop and maintain a chart of accounts, bookkeeping policies, and proceduresMaintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactionsBalance subsidiary accounts through reconciliationMaintain and reconcile the general ledger, preparing trial balances as neededMaintain historical financial records through organized filingAssist tenants and customers via phone and email regarding monthly and daily contractsProcess payments, manage aged accounts, and oversee collection attemptsPrepare daily revenue reports and ticket summariesCreate and manage validations for monthly billing and new parkersRespond to customer inquiries sent to View email address on click.appcast.io, directing callers to appropriate locations when necessaryContribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as neededWorking ConditionsOffice-based with standard computer, phone, and copier use40 hours per weekFast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, organization, and customer service skillsBenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Opportunities for career development and growth
