Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.Overview of the Role:The Build and Automation team is a critical part of Salesforce's infrastructure engineering organization, responsible for coordinating and securing build activities in restricted environments. We are looking for a Manager of Systems Engineering to serve as the key liaison between build engineers and commercial service teams, driving compliance, automation, and operational excellence in classified environments.Responsibilities:Coordinate build activities in restricted regions, serving as the liaison between build engineers and the commercial service teams that own and operate services.Collaborate with technical staff to resolve complex issues, drive Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and transition findings to the Global Solutions team.Ensure all work aligns with internal compliance policies and prepare or assist with technical proposals for new work opportunities.Systems engineering experience in enterprise-scale internet service engineering or a related support role.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher degree in Computer Science plus relevant job-related experience.Expertise in Kubernetes-based deployments and development.Hands-on experience configuring and running Amazon Web Services (AWS) using the Command Line Interface (CLI) / Software Development Kits (SDKs).Experience within both the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD) environments, and with distributed systems at scale.S. citizen (U.Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
