Medical Receptionist - Integrative Wellness Clinic
Pay: $23-$24 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join a welcoming, patient-centered integrative wellness clinic specializing in menopause, hormone health, and weight loss.

This is a busy, fast-paced front desk environment where phones ring frequently, patients need assistance, and priorities can change throughout the day. Our clinic is committed to providing compassionate care in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls while assisting patients at the front desk.
Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and organized.
Anticipate needs, take initiative, and support the team with daily administrative tasks.
Follow established clinic procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Prioritize tasks effectively and keep front desk operations running smoothly during busy periods.
Medical office experience required; Strong administrative, receptionist, and customer service skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent phone calls and interruptions.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software; Respectful of clinic leadership, established workflows, and procedures.
Someone who notices when the phones are ringing, patients are waiting, or something needs attention-and jumps in without hesitation.

The right person will be highly organized, comfortable managing a steady workload, and genuinely enjoy helping people. We need someone who can take ownership of the front desk, think on their feet, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.
