Liberty Hospice in Smithfield, NC is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health setting, applying nursing theories and documenting care per reimbursement guidelines.
Coordinate physical care with family, patient, physician and Hospice team; communicate with patients and families and participate in IDT meetings and quality reviews. Travel and weekend/holiday call may be required.
