Could you be our next Cardiothoracic Stepdown Nurse at Lankenau Medical Center (36 hrs per week, Nights OR D/N Rotation)?

Responsibilities

Care for the Cardiothoracic Stepdown patient population as part of an interdisciplinary team on a 16-bed unit.

Contribute to patient experience through appropriate care planning and execution.

Engage in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and the Clinical Ladder program.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiothoracic Stepdown/Progressive Care

Shift

36 hrs per week, Nights OR D/N Rotation, with weekend rotation required.

Experience

One year+ of recent Stepdown/Progressive Care nursing experience required.

Prior cardiothoracic nursing experience preferred.

Education

RN Diploma, ASN required.

BSN preferred.

Licensures and Certifications

PA RN license or multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) preferred.
