~Property Custodian Details:
- Temporary position
- $ Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of company properties through routine groundskeeping and general labor tasks
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers while maintaining clear walkways, entrances, and perimeter areas
Conduct general property upkeep including light pressure washing, identifying hazards, and reporting maintenance concerns to ensure a safe environment
Property Custodian Qualifications:
Previous experience with landscaping maintenance and ability to safely operate landscaping equipment required
Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, and repetitive motions
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic and willing to work entirety of temporary assignment
Valid Driver's License and High School Diploma
