Part‑Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, With a flexible schedule and hands‑on impact, you’ll help create a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers—every time they visit.

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution—all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence

Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI

Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores

Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events

Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday; Hourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00-$15.00 based on relevant experience / 401 Savings Plan, Mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), Strong career advancement opportunities within the company, Health and Well-Being Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Internet reimbursement of $10.00, when a company device is not provided, Safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
