Put your Master Plumber expertise to work on challenging residential and commercial plumbing systems
Help develop Journeyman Plumbers and apprentices by sharing your technical knowledge and field experience
Work with a company that values dependable service, honest customer communication, and lasting relationships
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex residential and commercial plumbing problems
Perform plumbing service, repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance
Diagnose and repair plumbing and water leaks
Install and repair water supply, waste, vent, and drainage systems
Install, repair, and service traditional and tankless water heaters
Perform drain and sewer diagnostics, repairs, and replacements
Install and repair toilets, faucets, fixtures, valves, garbage disposals, and related plumbing equipment
Diagnose and service gas piping and related systems
Install and service water treatment and water softening equipment
Complete whole-home repiping and plumbing system upgrades
Read and interpret plumbing plans, specifications, diagrams, and technical documentation
Ensure plumbing work complies with Texas plumbing codes, local requirements, permits, safety requirements, and company standards
Clearly explain plumbing problems, repair options, and recommended solutions to customers
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Journeyman Plumbers and apprentices when needed
Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction

• 7+ years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong residential service, repair, installation, and troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of Texas plumbing codes, gas piping, water heaters, drain, sewer, and water systems
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Mentoring, commercial plumbing, sewer diagnostics, repiping, and water treatment experience preferred
