Seniors Graphics Design

Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite Monday-Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager with a strong background in CPG and retail marketing to lead the development of packaging, shopper marketing, and digital creative assets. This role will partner closely with marketing and leadership teams to deliver impactful brand experiences across retail and consumer channels.

Design packaging, labels, retail displays, POP materials, and in-store signage

Create digital advertising, email marketing, and social media assets

Ensure brand consistency across packaging, retail, and digital channels

Manage creative projects from concept through final production

Strong portfolio featuring both print and digital design work

Experience within CPG, retail, or agency environments

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of print production and retail creative development
