As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. Operate CNC machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.

Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.

Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.

Ability to perform minor tool offsets and load materials into CNC machines.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision.

Willingness to troubleshoot and identify process improvements.

Ability to maintain equipment and keep machines running at optimal efficiency.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator or relevant experience.

Experience with CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Must be able to work on-site in Newbury, Ohio.

Shift Details:

1. st Shift : 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2. nd Shift : 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Overtime may be available depending on production demands.
