Quantum Space is redefining mobility and autonomy beyond Earth orbit. Our Ranger spacecraft deliver high delta‑V and sustained on‑orbit maneuverability, enabling missions across cislunar and geostationary space that were previously out of reach. We are building the vehicles, infrastructure, and operational expertise that connect and protect assets across the Earth-Moon system.

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help scale our team during a period of rapid growth. This role is critical to attracting and hiring top‑tier technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to drive full‑cycle recruiting while maintaining a high bar for talent.

During periods of slower hiring, this role will flex into broader support across HR operations and office management, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and contributing across functions.

This is an on‑site position.

Own full‑cycle recruiting across a high volume of roles, primarily focused on technical hiring (engineering, hardware, and operations)

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes

Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, and networks

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a strong, efficient, and high‑quality hiring process

Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage

Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress

Utilize and optimize Greenhouse ATS for pipeline management, reporting, and process improvement

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Assist with onboarding coordination and hiring logistics as needed

During slower hiring periods, support HR operations (onboarding, employee experience, basic HR processes) and/or office management tasks

3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting

Experience using Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred

Background in agency staffing or startup recruiting environments

Experience hiring for aerospace, hardware, or engineering‑heavy organizations

Exposure to HR operations or office management responsibilities

Experience improving recruiting processes and systems in a scaling company
