Cashier - Day & Night Shifts

Shift Information

Day Shift employees are required to be available to work between 10:00 and 14:00. Arctic Circle is looking for a Cashier to join our team. We pride ourselves on exceptional service and expect nothing less from our frontline Crew Members. Scheduled hours will include both day and night shifts. Our frontline Crew Members are more than just order takers; they are our sales force. They provide a level of guest service that exceeds guests’ expectations and accomplishes our goal to “More than Satisfy.”

Characteristics of a Great Restaurant Service Representative

Projects a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurant.

Makes both food safety and sanitation a priority.

Accurately record orders on a cash register.

Meet guests’ needs and take steps to solve food or service issues.

Interact with guests to ensure high quality experiences.

Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines.

Prepare quality ice cream products, assemble food and beverage orders, and check that they’re correct.

Present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area.

Maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed.
