Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares (for example, cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; and maintains product quality standards.

Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; Maintains operational excellence by keeping the work area in line with company policies and procedures; ensures quality and date control for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; and ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
