What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care using the Nursing Process
Assess neonatal patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Delegate tasks effectively and serve as a team leader
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Document accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Promote patient safety, comfort, and family engagement
What You Need
Required:
Current Louisiana RN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
Minimum of 2 years' NICU experience
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Certification in a clinical specialty relevant to neonatal care
Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
