As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of extraordinary client experiences and support to maximize on sales opportunities. Prepare the product to be processed

Efficiently and accurately process transactions

Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience

Support operations at the Service Counter

Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients

Strategically place product in the backroom

Uphold the standards of product display

Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences

Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations

Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients

Strategically place product on the sales floor

Translate the product story in our boutiques

Validate the standards of product display

Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences

Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the boutique space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour. Aritzia's Everyday Luxury compensation package goes beyond the base salary with endless growth and recognition opportunities through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
