Shift : Night Shift

Contract Length: 13 weeks

As an experienced Travel RN on the night shift, you are the backbone of patient care during critical hours. Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in LTAC.

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating seamlessly with night-shift physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.

Monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and quickly recognizing/responding to deteriorating patient conditions.

Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently using the facility's EMR System.

Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred.

Active, unrestricted RN license in Missouri

Either a specialized LTAC or critical care related certification is preferred.

Flexibility: Comfortable working a consistent night shift schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays as needed.

Skills: Strong critical thinking, adaptability to new hospital environments, and excellent communication skills.
