Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team. This role works closely with providers and under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a primary care setting , helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Instruct and counsel patients and caregivers in prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional training.

Complete thorough and timely documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services.

Collect and record accurate patient data, including functional measures and performance outcomes.

Maintain a safe and professional clinical environment, adhering to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting (PTA).

Active state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (required).

Experience: Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient, primary care, or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and physical modalities.

Proficient in healthcare documentation and electronic record systems.
