Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical
Location: Gallatin, TN
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:00
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical department. The RN will provide high-quality healthcare and support to a diverse patient population, including all ages. This position requires strong experience in medical surgical nursing and telemetry.
Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment
Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and implement patient care plans
Utilize EHR systems for patient documentation and medication dispensing
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must possess a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing
Experience with IV insertion and telemetry monitoring preferred
